KA2 Quiet Hands - WOMEN’S VOICES IN INVISIBLE CARE

Quiet Hands supports young women who take on a lot of unpaid care work at home – work that often remains unseen and unrecognized.

Together with our European partners, we want to make their experiences visible and create spaces where their stories can be heard. We combine research with creative methods such as bibliotherapy and digital storytelling.

As part of the project, we will develop the Quiet Manifesto and the Scripts of Solidarity Toolkit. We will also organize bibliotherapy workshops and create a podcast series and an interactive audiobook.

Through workshops and local events, we will share our methods and results with youth workers and other organizations. In this way, Quiet Hands aims to strengthen both young female carers and the people and organizations supporting them.

Part of our consortium are the International Foundation for Y-PEER Development (Bulgaria), Scambi Europei (Italy), Support Group Network (Sweden) and Equaline (Greece).
